Practice Makes Perfect

At Learn Photography Canada, we love helping people learn about their cameras and photography in general.  In our beginner photography course, we provide a solid foundation for people to learn their cameras in a hands-on fashion while taking pictures of iconic sites in Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga and Kelowna.

Our beginner photography courses covers the basics of photography (ISO, aperture, shutter speed and ISO), lens selection and distortion, light metering, artistic tools and much much more. We have designed and refined our exercises around settings that best demonstrate those techniques and topics.  It’s an amazing day of photography learnings and one we are particularly proud of.  Our photography courses in Calgary, Edmonton Ottawa, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga and Kelowna provide ongoing support, notes and quick reference guides for all our students.

So what is the one most important thing that students can do to maximize their photography course learnings?  Practice.  And after that more practice.  You see, like any good skill that we learn, people learn photography more when they get comfortable with their cameras and the only way to do that is practice with their camera.  It’s the largest difference that we notice between students who dabble and those who stay with photography and develop into amazing artists.

If you’ve taken our Digital I beginner photography class before and want the best return on your investment?  Practice practice and practice after our session.  And if you like us (and we hope you do) consider taking another photography course.  We would love to see you again. Also don’t forget that you can now purchase ANY course repeat for only $29 – so if it’s been a while please come and join us again!!
